Terms & Conditions

The terms on which Nidravati Vidhana passes from our hands to yours. Last updated 16 August 2026.

The Agreement

Who we are, and acceptance

zanar.in is operated by Zanar Rituals Private Limited (CIN U20239DL2026PTC466844, GSTIN 07AADCZ0333M1Z7), 400-A, 4th Floor, 12 Ajit Singh House, Yusuf Sarai Commercial Complex, New Delhi 110016.

By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms and our Privacy, Cookie, Shipping and Returns policies, which form part of them. We may revise these terms; the version in force when you order governs that order.

Eligibility

You must be eighteen or over and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Orders are for personal use or for gifting. Purchase for resale, or listing on any marketplace, requires our written agreement.

The Product

What we sell

Nidravati Vidhana is an aromatic evening ritual for the hour before rest: herbs and essential oils held in a close-woven ritual pod, dropped into a bowl of hot, not boiling, water, the rising vapour breathed in a settled posture. It is an aromatherapy article for external use, made for us by an AYUSH-licensed manufacturer.

Production is limited and stock is allocated. We may limit quantities per customer.

Descriptions and photography

Botanicals are agricultural. Colour, texture and aroma vary between harvests, and that variation is a property of the material rather than a fault. Photography is styled and screens differ.

If a price or description is obviously wrong we may correct it. Where the error affects an order you have placed, we will tell you before dispatch and you may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

Wellness and safety

  • Not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and does not replace medical advice.
  • Not for ingestion. Never eat, chew, swallow or brew the contents. Keep away from children and animals.
  • Hot water. Place the bowl on a stable heat-resistant surface, keep your face at a comfortable distance, and never leave it unattended near children or pets.
  • If you are pregnant or nursing, asthmatic, allergic to any listed botanical, or using it around infants or the unwell, consult a doctor first.
  • Use in a ventilated room and stop at once if you experience any irritation or reaction.

The full composition is in our Botanical Library. Please read it before use if you have any allergy.

Ordering

Prices and GST

Prices are in Indian Rupees and apply to delivery within India, which is complimentary on every order. The price shown when you order is the price you pay; we never raise it afterwards.

All prices are inclusive of 18% GST, itemised on your invoice. For a business invoice, send us the registered name, address and GSTIN before dispatch, because invoices cannot be amended once filed.

Orders and acceptance

Our display of products is an invitation to treat; your order is an offer to buy. A contract arises only when we send you a dispatch confirmation, and covers only the items named in it.

We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, a price was manifestly wrong, we cannot deliver to the address, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or purchase for resale, and we refund in full if we do.

Payment and Razorpay

Payment in full is required at ordering unless agreed otherwise in writing for a trade or gifting purchase order. Payments are processed by Razorpay, authorised by the Reserve Bank of India.

Your card number, CVV, PIN, UPI PIN and OTP are entered on Razorpay's systems. ZANAR never receives, sees or stores them. Saved cards are tokenised by Razorpay and your bank under RBI rules, not by us.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, no order and no contract arises. Where money has left your account but the payment was not confirmed, it is normally an uncaptured authorisation and is reversed by your bank within five to seven business days.

If you are debited twice, or a debit does not reverse, write to concierge@zanar.in with the order number and bank reference. We will trace it with Razorpay and refund anything received in error.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery, risk and title

We deliver across India, ordinarily two to three business days from dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimates are estimates unless we have agreed a date in writing.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to the person you nominate; until then, loss or damage in transit is ours to resolve. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. After that, our Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy applies and forms part of these terms.

Use of the Site

Intellectual property

The names ZANAR and Nidravati Vidhana, the ZANAR mark, the Shirorekha Display typeface, and all text, photography, film, artwork, code and design on this site belong to or are licensed by Zanar Rituals Private Limited.

You may view the site and keep extracts for personal reference. You may not copy, republish, adapt, sell, frame, scrape or data-mine our content, including to train any machine learning model, without our written consent.

Prohibited use

Do not use this site unlawfully or fraudulently, use another person's payment instrument without authority, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or mirror the site, impersonate ZANAR or claim to be an authorised stockist, post a false review, or resell our products without our agreement. We may refuse service and report unlawful activity.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate delivery and contact details, be reachable during the delivery window, tell a gift recipient that a parcel is coming, read the safety guidance above before use, and tell us promptly if anything arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete.

Liability and Law

Limitation of liability

This limits our liability only so far as Indian law allows. Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for product liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, for unfair trade practice or deficiency in service, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that: our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by misuse of the product, use contrary to the instructions, ingestion, or delivery details given to us incorrectly; and this website is provided as it is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 and the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 stand alongside these terms. Where any clause conflicts with them, the law prevails and the clause is read as limited accordingly.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control: flood, storm, fire, earthquake, epidemic and measures taken in response, war, riot, strike, bandh or curfew, transport disruption, failure of power or telecommunications, cyber attack, or an act or restriction of a public authority. If such an event continues beyond thirty days, either of us may cancel the affected order and we refund in full.

General

If any provision is invalid it is severed and the rest continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may assign ours on a transfer of the business without reducing your rights. These terms and the policies referred to in them are the whole agreement for an order, and are written in English, which governs their interpretation.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Indian law governs these terms, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer this does not restrict you. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 lets you file before the District, State or National Consumer Commission where you reside or work, or where the cause of action arose, and nothing here requires you to give that up or to arbitrate.

Grievances

Please raise any complaint with us first, at concierge@zanar.in or +91 98188 44346. Grievance Officer: [NAME], [DESIGNATION].

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. The National Consumer Helpline (1915) is also open to you.
