Terms & Conditions

The terms on which Nidravati Vidhana passes from our hands to yours. Last updated 16 August 2026.

The Agreement

Who we are, and acceptance

zanar.in is operated by Zanar Rituals Private Limited (CIN U20239DL2026PTC466844, GSTIN 07AADCZ0333M1Z7), 400-A, 4th Floor, 12 Ajit Singh House, Yusuf Sarai Commercial Complex, New Delhi 110016.

By using this site or ordering, you accept these terms and our Privacy, Cookie, Shipping and Returns policies, in the version current when you order.

Eligibility

You must be eighteen or over, competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Orders are for personal use or gifting; resale or marketplace listing requires written agreement.

The Product

What we sell

Nidravati Vidhana is an aromatic evening ritual for the hour before rest: herbs and essential oils in a pod, dropped into hot water, vapour breathed calmly — an aromatherapy blend for external use only. Production is limited; we may cap quantities per customer.

Descriptions and photography

Botanicals are agricultural: colour, texture and aroma vary between harvests — not a fault. Photography is styled; screens differ.

If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may correct it — telling you before dispatch if you've already ordered, so you can confirm or cancel for a full refund.

Wellness and safety

  • Not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and does not replace medical advice.
  • Not for ingestion. Never eat, chew, swallow or brew the contents. Keep away from children and animals.
  • Hot water. Place the bowl on a stable heat-resistant surface, keep your face at a comfortable distance, and never leave it unattended near children or pets.
  • If you are pregnant or nursing, asthmatic, allergic to any listed botanical, or using it around infants or the unwell, consult a doctor first.
  • Use in a ventilated room and stop at once if you experience any irritation or reaction.

Full composition is on the Nidravati Vidhana page and the box; read it before use if allergic.

Ordering

Prices and GST

Prices are in Indian Rupees, delivered complimentary across India, and never raised after you order.

Prices include 18% GST, itemised on your invoice. For a business invoice, send the registered name, address and GSTIN before dispatch — invoices cannot be amended once filed.

Orders and acceptance

Displayed products are an invitation to treat, your order an offer to buy — a contract arises only on dispatch confirmation, covering only the items it names.

We may decline an order for unavailable stock, a wrong price, an undeliverable address, unauthorised payment, or suspected fraud or resale — refunding in full if we do.

Payment and Razorpay

Payment in full is required at ordering, unless agreed in writing for trade or gifting orders; payments are processed by RBI-authorised Razorpay.

Your card number, CVV, PIN, UPI PIN and OTP are entered on Razorpay's systems; ZANAR never receives, sees or stores them. Saved cards are tokenised by Razorpay and your bank under RBI rules, not by us.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, no order or contract arises. Uncaptured authorisations are reversed by your bank within five to seven business days.

If debited twice, or a debit doesn't reverse, write to concierge@zanar.in with the order number and bank reference — we'll trace it and refund any error.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery, risk and title

We deliver across India, two to three business days from dispatch — see Shipping & Delivery. Estimates hold unless agreed in writing.

Risk passes on delivery to you or your nominee; until then, transit loss or damage is ours. Title passes on full payment.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancel free any time before dispatch; after that, our Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

Use of the Site

Intellectual property

ZANAR, Nidravati Vidhana, the ZANAR mark, the Shirorekha Display typeface, and all text, photography, artwork, code and design belong to or are licensed by us.

You may view the site and keep extracts, but not copy, republish, adapt, sell, frame, scrape or data-mine our content — including for AI training — without written consent.

Prohibited use

Do not use this site unlawfully or fraudulently, misuse another's payment instrument, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or mirror it, impersonate ZANAR, post false reviews, or resell products without agreement. We may refuse service and report unlawful activity.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate delivery and contact details, be reachable during the delivery window, warn gift recipients, read the safety guidance before use, and tell us of anything damaged, wrong or incomplete.

Liability and Law

Limitation of liability

This limits liability only so far as Indian law allows. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for product liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, for unfair trade practice or deficiency in service, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss from misuse, ingestion, or incorrect delivery details — and this website is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

Your statutory rights

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 and the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 stand alongside these terms; the law prevails over any conflicting clause.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure from events beyond our reasonable control: flood, fire, epidemic, war, riot, strike, bandh or curfew, transport, power or telecom disruption, cyberattack, or a public authority's act. Beyond thirty days, either party may cancel for a full refund.

General

An invalid provision is severed; the rest continues. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may assign ours on a business transfer without reducing yours. These terms and referenced policies are the whole agreement for an order, in English, governing interpretation.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Indian law governs these terms; the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.

As a consumer, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 lets you file before the District, State or National Consumer Commission where you reside, work, or where the cause of action arose, without requiring arbitration or a waiver.
