The day does not end the moment the eyes close.
One pod in hot water. Seven to ten minutes.
Boiling water in a stable bowl. 350 to 400 ml to a pod, the same for either method.
Drop one ritual pod into the water.
Let it soften, then press once.
Lean in from a safe distance, eyes closed, and breathe softly for seven to ten minutes.
One pod in, and bring the water to the boil. Open the lid carefully, lean in from a safe distance and breathe softly.
The water is the same 350 to 400 ml. The pod stays in the kettle. Later the same day the water may be reheated with the pod still in it, for a second or third sitting. Pod and water are discarded at the end of that day.
Warmth slows the moment. Aroma draws the attention inward. The breath becomes quieter.
The warmth should feel comfortable, never hot. Keep the vessel on a stable surface and lean in only from a safe distance, never directly above it.
Aromatic use only. Do not ingest the water or apply it to skin. Keep hot water from children and animals.
Discard the pod and water at the end of the ritual, or at the end of the day where a kettle has been reheated.
